We have few machines from china and used here in Canada after some modifications done. I believe most appliances in China can be used here too in Canada if you check the followings:7 q* A2 R, s/ i+ U, U/ A) D
! L5 B9 }1 n' f. W$ O, H. M1. check the neutral wire to see if it is bonded to appliance frame or metal part by using mega meter or check the internal wiring.

2. Check the full load A for the size of the wire used, it may need to change out the wire and replace plug.

$ h( F8 @! k0 L3 Voltage in China is 220V. Here is two phase supposed of 240V (most time less than 230V). Less than 10% is not a big issue. but still have to check out the size and insulation of the wire.+ z) g, G* W# h! d5 M2 G# }$ K
. ?2 q; k/ i5 a. o! ^# w9 L4.Frequency in china is 50Hz and here is 60Hz, if there is a motor inside, the efficiency is not so great any more and could be overheated. Normally it is ok if it has proper over load protection device. |
