That will be my question too. In 2000, some million dollar house foundation collapsed and the owner sued the previous owner. Those houses worth a million in 2000, can be seen when driving thru Quesnel Bridge.  Nightmarish for some poor owners. Hope this land is better and solid.

1) Price range of each lot, $500K- 1 million  and above per piece?
3 I* h* G+ r  Z2) Do you have to buy the lot from builder, or builder owns the lot, and you have to build with such builders?
9 i$ d: B/ L& x3) Who are those master builders?
4) What is the price range for those houses?
