two bedrooms basement suit condo , seeking for a roommate to share with. the building is quiet and clean , very good for students study ., H6 [( k0 j# C
the room is bright , big window, big clothset on the wall , Incuding heat and water; Sharing Electricity and Internet fees , (outside parking $25/mth extra with plug in) / location is very conviencent close to lots of good restaurants and supermarkets ( Nofrills/ SaveOnFood .ect) / close to U of A and whyte ave. outside has bus 4 , 7 ,9 5 W7 `$ q* A6 H7 K7 @' y3 h9 _
sharing with two young asian guys, friendly and clean,working full times . so looking for around the same ages, below 30yrs old,
