NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
6 I1 m3 @7 f3 l& R3 f8 dDuties & Responsibilities:

7 X( k: X3 b' _5 p- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
6 [+ c9 y- J, q& e2 B8 L8 A5 B! @- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
" D" m* t5 ~! D; O! Z' J- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- r! a2 O7 a' E) i8 ?* z, E- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
! i2 K6 L) M; C; F& p- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
9 K5 ?* [2 `9 y+ W: N- Ability to use computers
* J( C# v; {- m& x5 o$ C1 b- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
