1 _3 s: Z- w. u" c6 j- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
# B2 j$ O$ y7 l) T/ y- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
+ s6 T& X. u$ s) D+ A; e+ N8 e- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
. a& r: D' E+ N% q+ ^% T" C- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
* O  F( Z, B5 t* b) y6 Z9 ~- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

5 w. `- ~% W; M/ EQualifications:
5 u( v4 i* P1 i$ _% R" M
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
: r" M2 N0 y4 G- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
8 b4 F- B% d9 {/ p9 i, q8 z- Ability to use computers
# f5 ?# d( ~0 o8 `- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
