3 k& s& i! x; e+ v
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
! U7 O1 V, Q, q& P1 b! N0 f# Z: n- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
2 o6 M1 m' H/ x1 G+ B4 Z) S- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
1 x# [$ D6 M$ M* a/ J0 e- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
0 L3 }0 R& _8 k: j
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
( c8 C/ X% c- @$ `' o9 j9 _  N2 c- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
% F2 [' ~% Y! m: V, }* m- Ability to use computers
, D9 g1 H6 e! O- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
