I have been looking into Windermere.% U/ g5 A# i5 }- _3 v y
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.) |6 x2 J! P1 ~

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.8 D$ W% b# \: q
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.; _7 K" R! _; `. a
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.1 `6 K! b( u* _& y6 l- o7 \
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
