I have been looking into Windermere.2 N( }- \1 P6 ?3 Z' ]
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
' @: S5 A4 n4 }9 J& w9 U! j1 N9 u% SJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
5 v9 L. o1 |0 ?' x& k% r. r) \The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
t0 g& g* X) \. pThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
