builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。

that's what I thought too, I think most builders have at least 3 walk-through

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
8 R( D6 s# O. x, d1 h1 r" @! l没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

" T1 I- c& w6 b  cDid you ever follow up with the builder?
I would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.
7 O6 \9 O& l. SIt is too late to talk about this now.  
If you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

( [1 I! p- M% x& A' x7 J% dIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
