Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key! ) O' e! l' d! tIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder. 4 D# U \& o8 R" wAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
