VANCOUVER -- Holders of a Chinese driver's licence will now be able to use them in British Columbia after the Mounties and the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) reached a deal.: x7 `. u, x4 k

# C% m R% Q' I, KICBC said the licences were OK, but the RCMP disagreed, saying if the officer could not read the language on documents handed over by a driver, they could not tell if it was indeed a licence.
