留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
1 e9 d" ~% u' G; t2 _  V请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
$ a$ u8 Z- v0 x) P/ W( p4 n2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

1. 不用
2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
/ w, s" z% U5 T) I( j0 byou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
5 G" t5 T! ?. B7 |4 _you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
