JOB DESCRIPTION
1 j6 E+ d" ~! v1 ?9 k1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
* |( u; |. O7 q8 ^2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;& ^7 U8 v1 T4 D, F
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;( w$ }/ F% R6 _6 N/ Z8 [' y$ m
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; $ S1 |4 g- \" D6 h3 P( s$ k# R
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;5 _, s  O& h4 w& K3 Y& T1 N6 u/ m
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
2 S  ~) a( ]$ }' m- q" W1 U, N7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
. j0 L7 s( H7 n! \% `7 a6 I2 K•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.5 a' }$ a% d$ E  T2 z
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.  T: b1 @' p4 M2 _' _0 r  j
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.6 I% s. W7 I& j' N# L
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
