First Way-Go to steets, looking for the Hiring ads signs in front of shops along the streets which are a lot, choosing anyone you want.  
( j8 |% U& Q# E% r, }Second Way-Find an Edmonton Journal newspaper and go through the Classified Ads of Working, you may find the positions you want.
