Miranda三月份的育儿讲座

首先非常感谢大家对Miranda的支持。Miranda 决定在三月份开一个为期四个礼拜的育儿讲座。Miranda 会在第一个礼拜准备一些小吃/点心，之后的三个礼拜希望爸爸妈妈们能带点心来，当然也欢迎大家在第一个礼拜带来。这次Miranda举办这个讲座没请其他机构帮忙（除了提供场地），所以不会有托儿服务，希望大家尽量不要带小孩来。谢谢！

时间：12:00pm-2:00pm
/ V- A9 Z6 Z; w9 ^) `4 k0 P免费，不用报名，请大家到时踊跃参加，这是非常难得的机会。

讲座的大概内容如下：
. B- c9 u. R$ v' X& rEffective discipline for children 0-6 years of age

5 Q! t  p5 M4 v( bClass content:
Class I: 1. Understand your child (normal growth and development of each age group)
5 Y" t- q7 N! V( j) c/ h$ [9 ~            2. Understand yourself (let’s go back to our childhood)
4 B2 d* |/ B2 j/ t; Q            3. How our believes and culture play a big part in our parenting

Class II:  Effective discipline for this age group, how to do:
7 q+ |3 l, s, e# k# J              -Be firm and be consistent
              -Set routines,  set limits, set boundaries
9 @% S8 F( ?# _9 C% u5 p( A              -Avoid stressful situations
- A4 u& j) ]$ u              -Time out (give your child a Break)

3 p4 e2 C6 h6 }& ~Class III: Continue with class II, how to do:
$ O6 [0 H+ t, P, a! a/ W               -Create play areas (how to develop 4 or 5 play centers for education benefits)
. }) L& H0 g. n, k: u1 |: {               -Decrease/eliminate negative behavior, encourage positive behavior

               -Stay calm
               -Think like a child

               -How to choose or create educational toys
               -Build family relationship (how mother’s roles and father’s roles affect children emotional

              -Three different types of parents
              -Build resilient children (what does it mean? And how?)

; h# T9 \3 K* k6 X. E不好意思，这不是产前班，是育儿班，不会有hospital tour。等Miranda再开产前班的时候会有的。
