The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:

2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.

/ {& G6 H( T. U  p2 f& Jthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
. C8 M9 C) }0 R% X% r3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
