The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
% d; p' E7 c% P( D3 u: d7 A, ^- C2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
$ S& k0 v' X/ ?. t3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.
2 g& g$ M' D" S! P2 H2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
/ L0 x9 g8 t0 v( |8 I: `9 `/ ?  Othe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
' I$ o8 i5 R) e6 h3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
