The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
7 F1 ~$ g% R! A! {: ]# J: n1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
; W; ~* F& v) s( m2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
/ l% s6 h/ c: w6 {8 R2 d3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
( Y+ G3 i% |) H3 ]% Z2 Nstill support the further price increases.
' d5 d$ h; I+ g; y4 I, Z  K# J& J2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
4 }& t, n5 }5 f9 y: R3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
