Here I would say you might be making a mistake. The house price is not proportionally related to population in that city.

So, even 1% population increasing may cause 200% housing price jump up, subject to rental, income and affordability.; ^. T; h7 b3 C, c5 x8 w9 ~

Please be carefull when we use any numbers when talking the housing market, that is also the main reason why we generally use a statistical data rather than a number conducted from any formula. |
