我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
: x4 M6 Z3 d- Y: B% T1 _1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
$ X; r) P# y' v- g0 o# q: {3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
