Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

You have a problem in you steering system.
: A1 ?+ l7 h& v% C4 \* l# VEither the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
& J! K* R9 x$ r1 ^0 U/ s. GIf it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.

. J1 u7 [3 K! UWith your knowledge, I think you should only be checking the power steering fluid level and leave the rest to the mechanics.
