Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

- y6 m: [- W& q. Z/ g( {) NEither the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
) L, Y* m+ _! ]; W1 R1 zIf it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.

  p4 T$ T0 S; t% |. \6 bWith your knowledge, I think you should only be checking the power steering fluid level and leave the rest to the mechanics.
