9 H2 i6 x7 h, ~+ u' RWorking closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
/ F# @" I4 H" S/ M8 E2 fWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
Technical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
( ^0 u9 w9 Y2 D- b' ]9 `4 BCreate and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

Requirements:

-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge
) q# A1 q7 {7 @, n2 W+ Y' D- Y+ Y0 d8 s
8 r0 y- k  S. }# W* R-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way
0 N) s, G# O9 u# J  [
% `- p  f& {0 [) |-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers

-         Previous software support experience is an asset

! V9 j" t, |8 k: x3 a-         Post-secondary education is an asset

, n7 p0 q6 |6 C6 ^" Y-         Intermediate knowledge of database and web-based software is recommended

-         Some programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Javascript, etc.) is recommended
