• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

% R8 y _$ o( d# R. r) X• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.% @# B) |, M- N+ [& N0 ^( Q

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.; \4 j, u9 t. b; f: k

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

& e5 F$ K- v" A4 z5 V% D8 @• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

) @9 k8 |1 O* }+ i) z' K• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.8 P! N( H* E/ |8 \" |

Job Qualifications
! ]5 x0 ?- V- B2 D5 N• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
$ Y. R$ G. l7 A" C# ?6 q* Y) B9 H7 [
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

: P* T& @! f: t0 t7 y( `• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
( v# e7 }2 `3 C( F" t
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

* t; m/ W$ A3 S* T* _; R• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills., m- R% G7 Z) `# J9 ~3 U$ T5 K

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
