Key Responsibilities:

• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

. a3 w' Z) x w6 C1 I! t e$ I• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
" O5 q/ E+ d! z7 r& x1 {
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.2 I+ i" E7 M8 [) k3 m

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.: g. L/ l, a' D7 f

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.7 @/ P. o4 b# O" D( @

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

( ~5 j5 x' G) O* G( G• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

* J. J- H& C% K2 ^# `5 H% W1 r# ?. u• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
; v: ?8 x3 Q) O* _. O
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

J+ e2 ]( A" r) Y8 U• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
