BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

4. Air Pollution

- \) E. V- S9 z4 e. bThe brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. 7 |2 Y% D& K) T6 G$ v2 T
5. Sleep Deprivation+ Y( }* h% @+ I- s; s+ K0 p

  Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.. : i  y; k/ [2 v1 F4 n0 Q
6. Head covered while sleeping

7. Working your brain during illness

, E4 S  i7 |  W3 NWorking hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

1 J' O% [5 o+ x( _7 m* OThinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
