Averton homes这个builder怎么样？

挺喜欢这个房子二楼的设计。

不过现在的builder越来越疯狂了，下面这个3600尺的房子居然只有34还是36的宽度，完全没有大房子的感觉。

studpid design. All walls in the masterroom have doors and windows. It is very difficult to arrange furniture.

其實LOT越小，越是建盡SQ FT, 成本越低，利潤越大。
所以現今BUILDERS都傾向小地建大屋。
