Position Overview:
" K4 ]" [% y' S+ q3 u s8 v/ ITo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
- V1 N; J% U$ t) J8 o- D•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
3 m2 N8 C/ S! @# Y•Review all aspects of the RFP documents' s2 e% w0 z, E' Q9 W- \9 C
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages2 p' i0 J& a1 H
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work 7 U {) s" ^6 T& _
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
8 r& p7 A7 H d' t4 `5 d) w: z•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
7 F/ U1 H4 n7 T6 z4 T$ g% G•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle. d8 Z6 w9 n. x$ \3 z, c% B
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator) S. z) |$ \, @3 u) ?$ O( q+ N
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
