Position Overview:

•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
; K: n1 _$ V5 |- C6 H•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
1 r5 ~( M- L4 ~% N4 l, w3 M4 n3 w•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages/ l( @ I/ s, }# I
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
1 n* ], P3 I/ c2 S7 r•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing$ v0 N ]7 g4 q2 X; g) x
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
