•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing4 o' ?" I5 ?; m( P* a* `& K
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships) w0 L: G- ~) T+ M) [
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle

•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
