Maintenance Mechanic

. V) F: x9 U9 p( l4 S8 w    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
8 x6 U, h7 u+ Y. p, f1 M职位介绍：
! @# ~. r4 a$ v; O& u- m    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
3 H6 H1 F7 v, p" y& s" Q    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
' I9 T0 D) e) }9 U2 L6 Z    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
3 i2 G) S6 D9 b+ c$ E% e    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
2 h9 A9 Y. G% A1 J    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
: U3 K1 s' ]: H8 T" l+ |- k    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
3 y7 y6 X: z6 J& X% L+ G1 |    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
9 z8 p/ V8 e4 C. ~$ @    Weekly estimating progress reports；
& T9 d/ j( }) ]  a6 f! J7 Q    Assemble final bid packages；

. c! f) [% ]. w! u& `: i  [5 X4 M    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
/ ~- k. w4 K7 G* O8 }8 y    Field and site experience an asset；
$ Y& ~, @" E* O  b, A2 z( [    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
/ s1 P3 ^* _  H    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
$ U5 }$ x& B' z" ]$ o1 n" P    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
; X7 T7 y( A5 m: S( L% Z& |  h- ]. F    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
