LMO 申请因NOC code and Skill level 不一样所需文件和申请表格不一样. 大体是:

2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,& d: h$ u8 w0 M2 ^: g; S8 E: P
3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,
0 b0 v, N" g. s4 ^3 |4. Summary of applicants (Chart),
b, T0 ~! d& {$ w5 O5. Business license; [- a: U% h3 n5 K- q' H
6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)
/ }8 v1 h% E& F. Y# K0 `1 ?; \. y5 p7.employer tax documents
