city的停车罚单早就涨价。可以找寻各种理由申诉打掉罚单，如果理由足够的话。如果现在不交罚款的话，以后车子驾照更新时，还是要交的。

You must include the ticket number, your name, mailing address along with a brief explanation of the circumstances regarding the ticket. Please include any applicable information such as a permit number, police file number, etc.

For further information on the appeal process, please call the Bylaw Ticket Administration office at 780-496-5161 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please be aware that additional penalties and motor vehicle services denial may be put into effect until all fines and penalties are paid.
