To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.2 \+ I" ?9 A4 l# a. x/ l7 I' s
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
# n' {; x7 x: r U+ J8 Z- s• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;" e- Y- c2 i5 c/ u
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
$ ` L" |/ n E/ z* h• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
" W, b9 c/ y0 B; p0 U• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;+ d+ `' u8 B: @6 k; \; w+ X
• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

• Attend public relation functions; Participating in community and trade boards and committees on behalf of the hotel;, o; V8 a: `7 W
• To participate in Revenue/Yield Management meetings; Increase Market Share;

• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
