• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
0 m* e5 P+ S4 I: u• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
$ j/ P u0 \: {/ i+ W$ A• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
1 e% r& a/ I# Y G• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;3 | g( ?1 m& M8 V& k) w
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.6 C' @, B9 w$ H0 T
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

Requirements:
5 {2 d( e* v$ U/ @+ q9 Q2 K: a6 h•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;5 m3 q/ }/ \6 m/ S
• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
