To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
" z, Y/ b! X5 R4 v• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
0 n P9 @& Q9 @" }/ F# p2 o• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
5 _+ I! M" m9 P' |% G• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
* v9 l' n; N# D; v• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.+ ~2 E3 n1 R" D" _
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;* ^% m; n- l- U) }
• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
