Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles . |' p; c t! b* X+ `4 {" W! B
Requisition parts and materials, as required.; K F# }# C+ y7 J! q8 O9 r
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.9 S e; _( @8 x, _# o# K: k4 n4 O
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).) j6 _% ]: g9 x" P
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

Qualifications:

# j7 J! t! C2 pApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
) U, R% A! C1 d3 H/ q% ]8 MApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
: Y g. M5 ?) k+ tPreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles. 9 x# a- m8 ?5 C/ e+ Z7 b+ p4 j0 q
