This resource will be responsible for the following:
: E, @. j: n9 t2 cTechnical Architect
/ o' M; \- [. \& Y/ f) g5 tIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
8 Y7 X! g- E$ m8 ~$ eProduce 4+1 architectural view design documents
Provides the overall design and structure to the application.
3 p& d, Z) p( c6 n" C: ~3 `- l+ k2 UEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
" o) i. P4 F/ h" O3 tMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
# G" j+ ?" L7 UEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
# x! G8 Y7 H9 u' @9 Z) I' XProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
Guiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.
