A Fort McMurray man was announced Thursday as the winner of $21.8 million in last week's Lotto Max draw.

# W* \. }" n9 U! i- ?+ y% I$ eFowler had been carrying around his ticket for days before checking the numbers at a local gas station. Now he's making plans for his winnings.

"Help my family get debt-free, do some travelling, see the world," he said. "I'm going to retire next week."
