急！求助关于父母移民无犯罪证明

昨天收到了体检信，要求我的父母体检并要求提供无犯罪证明，其中提到，在任何国家住居超过6个月以上，要求提供无犯罪证明，我妈妈之前在加拿大住了2年，那么这么理解也需要提供在加拿大居住时的无犯罪证明，政府给提供的网站链接，要求提供指纹证明，我妈妈现在任在国内，求助有类似的经验吗？或者有谁知道我该怎么操作。谢了。

权威答复：如果是在北京申请的，直接联系北京大使馆他们会给你做指膜并寄出，如果不是在北京申请的，找一个涉外律师事务所联系，，如果他们做过的话，在他们的监督下打指膜，然后签字盖章，自己寄到渥太华RCMP。费用大概300元人民币。加拿大使馆是免费的，但不让自己邮寄。我做过2次都给寄丢了或根本没寄。所以不建议去那里。

现在国内公安局，刑警队都不开展这项业务了，只有涉外律师事务所开展，各大城市都有，最好联系做过这项业务的做比较保险，去时记得带上身份证，并多按几张，以防不清楚。我当时联系的是北京西城区的一个律师事务所，具体名字忘了。但到了以后人家说在我当地城市就有有资质的事务所可以做。

我父母的申请是在渥太华处理的，如果有了指膜资料后，一定要寄给渥太华的RCMP吗？EDMONTON也有RCMP，我交给他们，之后他们出了证明会直接借给渥太华移民处理中心吗？谢谢了

西安的话你可以网上搜一下律师事务所，只要是涉外的都行，但保险起见最好找以前曾经做过的（美国的也行）。拿到指膜后需要寄到ottawa的RCMP，给你的信上有邮寄地址，国内寄也就是300块钱。Edmonton的恐怕不会收。
打电话问问这个律师事务所可不可以做。

错！，只要是曾经在加拿大居住满6个月以上就必须提供指模办理无犯罪记录。

请问9楼，渥太华给我的信的地址是case processing pilot
而不是RCMP呀，我想邮寄指膜需要到RCMP。能具体告诉我寄到哪里之后由谁寄到渥太华。谢了

不要误导人啊！加拿大的不用提供，除非是渥太华移民官员特别指定要做。加拿大的crminal records是联网的，他们自己可以name check. 这是官方链接：

谢谢你的答复，当时你们收到信的时候是不是信商业有这样的内容。
You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18. It is your responsibility to contact the police or relevant authorities and apply for the required police certificate.

不用主动提供，但是移民局要求你做时你必须提供，一般会让你提供在中国以外任何国家居住六个月以上的无犯罪记录证明，并且，这个无犯罪记录证明必须是基于指纹的，name check无效。楼主说的是已经收到CIC的信件要求做其父母在加拿大居住期间的基于指膜的无犯罪记录证明。我没觉得误导人家！因为我刚刚做完，这个过程折腾了一年多，所以不想让楼主走弯路。

？打完指膜的话一般寄到Ottawa的RCMP去鉴定。邮寄地址：Mailing addresses:

你的信我有1和5，没有2，3，和4，这里显示的是乱码，我没有办法读出来，我把信上有关的内容贴在了17楼，他没有要求我把fingerprint check后的结果寄到case processing pilot

信的内容如下：
Police Certificates

You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18. It is your responsibility to contact the police or relevant authorities and apply for the required police certificate.

信的意思就是让你把无犯罪记录的结果寄到Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa，但这个结果是RCMP提供的，一般情况下RCMP会把结果直接转给Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa，因为你打指膜时在表上已经填上了你的case number和移民局具体地址。但有时他们也会把结果寄给你，如果RCMP把结果寄给你的话，就需要你再寄给Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa。因为你父母缺的是在加拿大期间的无犯罪记录，并且人现在国内，因此，按照我给你说的步骤去做没问题。我花了一年半时间才完成这一步。

Failure to provide us with the original police certificate may result in your application being assessed on the information available on your file and may be refused. If the document is not in English or French, it must be accompanied by the original English or French translation completed by a certified translator and attached to the original police certificate.

60天内打完指膜寄出给RCMP就行，到时他们会再问你，你就说已经打完指膜寄给RCMP了就行了。

我现在已经拿到移民纸，当时他给的时间是60天，地址是自己找的。RCMP网站上的地址。他们给的地址是最后结果的邮寄地址。

没必要做，你做了也没坏处。

我以前移民也没有做finger print（在加拿大呆了一年以上），只是在当地警察居做了个name check.

楼主，移民局4月份要求你补材料的信上是不是说：把POLICE　CERTIFATE和登陆费交好为了节省时间？如果那次补材料你已经递上中国的无犯罪公证，我想你就不要麻烦自己了。。。。。好好读读移民局官网上关于此事的说明。。。。

根据我对你贴上的移民局来信的理解，你不用给父母做加拿大的无犯罪证明。。。。
