关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
Two (2) secondary identity documents
% ]8 M/ n6 t% E3 Q# B9 y1 g  _% ]+ r8 K5 }A copy of two of the following:
2 c2 p0 ~. y$ N5 J5 n& b1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
/ @+ R$ j% m, G7 G3 k1 [* k2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
8 W$ E& {* O2 W8 h8 e+ c0 V4 A8 x# b4 L3. your University/College student card
/ y0 M. R9 e7 X1 T, d  c9 r6 E
我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
