N2 Q4 _/ I9 r# APurpose of this position: To expose students or recent graduates to the diverse client and volunteer population found in our local marginalized and disabled volunteers; to organize and manage the collection and generation of statistical reports in Database and Outcome Measures projects. In collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator: to organize and manage the creation of a newsletter for a non-profit organization; to organize and manage events; and to provide support to the Volunteer Services Department projects.
z' T% Q8 M+ I0 BTo assist the Volunteer Coordinator in completing up to five annual projects:

- k$ S: A& `$ J/ K k* [3 r+ S. tDistribute FCSS Outcome Measure Evaluation to a selection of on-site volunteers and/or clients over a one month period. In collaboration with Department Managers, develop a Program Logic Model with Outcome Measurements for 6 other departments. C* X2 U+ @: S. U8 D

 Distribute evaluations to on-site volunteers
