( ~3 }# [. \/ iWhat are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers
# p: e3 p8 l6 g+ B5 C+ G" O% h• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
' F5 m5 p, Q0 K0 j, v• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
0 B8 m- m( D2 ~• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
" u: I( q9 ^, T% S7 _+ I4 c4 e9 |• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

' X$ }) W% }5 D9 o! EMinimum Requirements:
2 ^) u; ?1 I# l* d7 y$ r  x1 ]• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
• Some sales experience
; }+ k8 r& M$ a- t/ d+ _7 U! a• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
" {2 l' }$ m9 I4 O; Y# ^• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
9 z" q( u* F6 G• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
2 e: L1 I! B; a6 u• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
. z6 w$ p0 _& N& }3 W7 M1 q9 O• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents

• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
