They should have:

- knowledge of Micro Station is an asset
# q; G4 ? v4 b' {- a sound understanding of drawing layouts using pre-established standards on items such as text styles, blocks, etc.,4 y2 @ \. N4 P3 V" \
- must have a good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills$ x+ i4 y$ G6 ~
