Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
! X( z6 A9 U2 x; {2 B•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing

MANDATORY

1 C9 o  K( w$ b/ u- a# |+ BAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
8 }- u$ y7 W2 X3 |0 ^•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
9 R/ U; M+ s+ g9 @& T8 e•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
7 Q' @) f1 P" ~; \•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

DESIRABLE

  x! S' O7 T/ G: N( ]•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
