This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
4 q) K1 x1 a7 F" h•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
1 g4 f9 n' a$ @0 H8 N% ?, a0 V•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
" {3 `( w0 I4 E  Z  |9 w6 z$ y•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
5 E6 W6 I/ Q& X; g•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
" R. @# ?5 L) @# Y•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

) O; }6 |& z7 @•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
/ |; O: K1 U' l2 {•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
1 C0 ^7 t+ C' ?7 ?7 V8 Q•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
% q% T' o; R- L•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
3 T' h: `( v" L3 f" y. _•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
, g9 y6 C% ]* E9 T" N6 e•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
