•        Complete and post staff schedules ) q- e# T$ W- a0 O; b  j8 |5 c
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
) I9 j+ L5 |6 ?- d•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
# W; I! m* l! P4 x•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
+ z" @2 g9 D7 t- ?•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
. l% y  u- k* ~$ ]+ t" f$ p2 Z•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
3 D+ m# u; N' m1 t, t# j' @* DExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
8 y. M9 K: C2 {; RCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer), C5 R  P) [( J/ ?2 H! k
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
