• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines2 w. s! Y* [# [( w4 h
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management2 k; j4 O- H: [
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff' u0 t$ m- D8 v. x- B: D+ N
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date4 ~3 V, p, M' S) l) y2 @
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed0 _+ B+ k6 D- [( Y. L/ h z# c
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
