Job Description:
% o+ y( T) H& E* I, q•        Complete and post staff schedules
. v* }# w' o# j/ F% U$ q•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
2 v( e% m3 h, J5 X$ i4 k: q) c* H: j•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
. w: P/ y7 F3 S3 a  V0 T•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
' S/ ?0 K$ o* A1 O0 y3 \•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
6 b* z0 `) d  n•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
; |+ R3 |+ N6 o% X9 E7 X•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
# L5 c% f/ i+ B& _0 A•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
4 {( f1 S- m1 [8 p5 z9 R2 r•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
6 C( o( L. r! S. a% _0 v6 C; Y•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:
# X9 E/ \, n; A- c1 g- f
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- H6 r5 ~2 q1 J& \% e9 iExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
; ~3 ?( T" B9 S0 J# \Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
