) K; Z4 J- S: W' B' i. h• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& E8 B2 \! Q. c1 Q o7 F• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date: m* e" l% H% F3 l( r4 V
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed2 h; D8 X' n4 S6 l
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees+ U \! e; M9 h* X: J7 F
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales3 v h+ m1 s7 R5 }% V+ \
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ n, H3 g& x6 O$ i• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway& [% t& U- T# z; {
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

q' b0 a- i4 N5 ^% cExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset7 e+ A- G7 q; a9 i; ?( r9 ^1 @
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)' \ [7 x1 Q. N& [: T5 F8 o
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion5 }; U2 ^. A& a5 @: H' n
