Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

( q) x  f6 H4 [' g$ R•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

. N+ e- n5 f) Q8 ^•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
6 k: _- q6 p5 K6 d5 G$ y•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
! N5 ^. _; N9 g( A) ~Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
