Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
- P1 A& X$ W+ E7 r' L/ ^& U• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
( S6 p4 h" t, f0 E: m* p1 ?• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff% R4 M* |* W+ x+ S; _# _
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date! h I- v. C# ~( Z! A0 {% p" ^
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
6 n% }1 K: l5 f5 ]! v• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management " P {' d! c' J% j! L
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway7 R4 a, q0 o; j$ F
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset: h+ ?0 M0 G: y% A3 q$ g4 I! K6 p" ?
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
* H" s3 C# b V, P4 _! ~6 I- O6 {) _Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
