• Complete and post staff schedules ( R; m7 m' f5 h2 F" ^6 @- G
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff! e6 F: t% s) _
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date+ L6 ?7 j/ ~" \; p; H9 e
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)& G& W: D: D" H
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
