Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

8 m/ J5 i$ k' G0 V•        Complete and post staff schedules
) K; Z4 J- S: W' B' i. h•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
5 y7 ]! ~) i7 H1 e& O- I1 ?•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& E8 B2 \! Q. c1 Q  o7 F•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ n, H3 g& x6 O$ i•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

* I& @9 k1 k+ r  d2 cEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
  q' b0 a- i4 N5 ^% cExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
