4 U5 _/ t- v, q- i' H- Q1 o•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
! i$ N1 V1 E3 i) Z  v- c6 a•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
, h( K/ [6 n5 g5 G* ?0 d  v8 K•        Sell merchandise to customers
% U, w3 G9 k5 ?8 W/ `4 K; {•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
' y/ r( ?$ q7 ]7 ~6 U•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
