! w- t$ N. A6 l4 L•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
. W) ?( h" N& j) _0 r•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
6 n! ?( }9 H* r•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
  D; v8 f' T# g9 c0 |4 T2 y, D•        Sell merchandise to customers
2 }: S% `' X- ~# L9 q, r' _•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

' [' [1 D5 K1 W( g•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

•        Completion of secondary school is required
