EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.

! W- Q8 E+ e4 d4 A, ]% Y6 dRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
4 V6 O o; v1 P" }" QThis “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support4 e; a) c5 o# S
their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for3 y1 h% X6 w; F- Z4 h' ~, t0 J! ?2 K
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
# F, z& M8 }" k joral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It" n2 ~) b' Y2 E) T3 r8 j: e! X
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed," U( ]. {4 S9 I: J# n& o( d/ i
fun, and supportive environment.
8 [' O) D1 d! s4 dEach family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No% \ D# O) @, j) `+ _4 X
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
