EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

The program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven
6 d* t8 A6 Z1 T2 qweeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.

Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
$ o# Q S \+ qRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm5 p @+ @# d3 x8 R2 Q7 y' Q+ w2 R, P
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support' r* _7 N6 u. B6 O8 P0 f: m
their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for$ G* x8 K3 o$ ]# |. P3 b% F
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an; G: ?7 O$ S9 F. P0 `( ]2 Z
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It
9 s1 Q: \7 z$ J" ^: H6 e" ^! `encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,, p1 ^/ k) ?) o$ Y
fun, and supportive environment.: }/ }9 q' v( T" \ D
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No$ o; M* g9 Y; }1 X7 M/ ?
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
