O/ b. v3 D5 J( y0 f/ g8 X *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.; c% _( D! g. j! `+ L
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants' Z$ C8 O9 x- R4 Q. Y
