Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- |! o. N2 t" K•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
5 e- \; y8 [% F•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
, K, E8 ^1 O5 X- T0 r•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
' S( o% K/ M' V' u•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
3 c4 c! j2 q' f7 |•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
5 j& h" X  Y# C4 M: g•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
