Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
3 C$ C/ w& u; Y% T! j/ ?" @" ~•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
6 F$ }, X, v/ R, O•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
3 t- i+ \6 h3 H% C9 `% V2 x2 ~; \•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
/ `2 r9 D* `6 C9 z2 g•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
7 Y; d- C  W! h/ K9 n•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
6 @/ `: m2 Y0 w; P; ^, T' g•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
) Y7 g6 w- T$ c! z0 e•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
