Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

  ~+ L) _* e/ a" x& I$ C! h) KMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
, c( z" _4 R, i$ J/ W  v•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ m- e6 F# a" n  L- m/ i•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
) I) t+ k) K+ T' k3 g•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
+ U+ X( e5 m! \' I* {8 n- ]8 U•        Completion of secondary education is required
1 }( `& D& U7 s•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
: m) f! K! C( |  O% Y+ M4 A•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
: ?0 q/ q0 R  b# ~8 {" x! t•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
