Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
7 r" Y/ M. D1 W% q6 ?2 ^•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
# m7 ]0 L8 I5 P3 W1 p/ J/ q( d•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
* a) l( G  r( [$ I; Y. T. N9 {•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
9 Z) M# B  B- [' J- \•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
$ I" \, L1 f3 h' z% ~•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
2 H9 H1 q- E# I5 ^' Y4 P/ ?•        Completion of secondary education is required
  J' h  U6 b) [3 }- |- Z•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
, L, s) N! ?! V& _' Z' u•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
: z* {+ _- q2 J8 Y•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
