Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
* ]) c& e# U# J8 n1 @•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
. F, c9 N- D9 l9 C7 j+ P8 W•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
4 Z& M1 D* _" P6 Z# ~•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
+ M" T4 _, U8 ^* g8 i& c•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
7 T; b+ K4 Y; x3 U8 k6 Y•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
' W& Q0 f( Z+ F: u. W•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
