Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
5 m) p$ N  f# i5 T' Q# t8 ]8 ?•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
8 ^7 c# o8 o9 ~2 s7 y- M•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
; V& \0 P/ G, M4 }5 J3 x5 x•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
( q- v7 z3 c# d+ q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
: d/ R9 Y5 E( e•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
# ~# ]1 v0 j: z) C% ~. k•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
