% P: W' d. ~5 N- ^Effective August 1, 2002, Saskatchewan motorists will only have to report motor vehicle collisions to police if the collision involves:
( F0 y; R3 k* G+ D1) Any bodily injury or death;
! o1 U. k5 a$ U2) A Hit-and-Run;
% Y$ h1 K- B/ h, o3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;
+ V; ?3 Y3 n4 V; [( L4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;( C7 u! `. g) W
5) An out-of-province vehicle.

Normally, police would be dispatched to the collisions described above. One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters. In such a case, the owner could make a report in person at Police Headquarters.
