借人气问问：2月份买了点RRSP，可是现在后悔了，还没有报税，可以把钱提出来吗？

如题，跟银行买的，条件如下：
no risks, no fixed term, no fees or penalties for early withdrawals, so your RRSP is always cashable
  E8 {; b) {5 y: Y; R- b) L
是不是，如果我没在报税表上填RRSP contribution，就随时可以取出来，不用返税给政府？因为我没有跟政府报RRSP，政府也没有给我相应的RRSP退税。先谢了！

你去和银行商量能不能cancle，因为如果你是取RRSP的话，银行会预扣一部分税。

2011年报税扣税是肯定的，你现在将钱取出来用，是2012年的收入，银行会预扣入息税（好像$5000以下预扣10%，超过$5000预扣20%）。

当然可以提出。
你都还没有上报，当然可以取消。
$ J1 h& R  P9 U- `8 K& T1 p( g0 h我也觉得rrsp对有计划的中国人是没有用的。
开始时（最需要钱的时候）分段的扣钱，将来一下子的扣一大截的税，还要收取提款手续费。

6 o! N- \; t% ?# Y. a; ?1 C% |& lTotally agree. Bought RRSP for several years at my lowest salary to deduct the income tax, then I stop to buy it right now, since I believe that I will make more money later and even after I retired, so it is no sense to buy it if you plan the future right.
