Tracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
. g( y( I/ ^! V# y( D+ jReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- b0 J( I" `0 }+ o• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
! C4 I3 c9 \$ \# t• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.4 H }- X3 g5 ?$ u* l
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
! G: X1 S( L6 k9 V) [/ `& ]• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. 4 X( d$ B9 ^. U' M6 L4 C) m
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates. z. s- n. u6 X; h
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.

• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).. ~8 H9 D. ?1 `+ C- D
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

) s2 s% U& r9 k- a0 TRequirements:7 e8 f5 _. h9 \( o
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. $ y5 v8 n" j0 T
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. / u, U5 M6 ]% C0 [
• Strong Union Relations experience required. $ B" m, l( C! J6 X/ W: Z4 |
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
( s* v1 c% ?* s• CHRP Designation is an asset.
