% Q3 M3 d- a: ^+ T2 qReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
+ N3 `9 ]( | u6 Q& j: @# L: J• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
% v& N7 C" k: w+ D4 _3 T• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members. J3 Q. U# i7 h
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.2 U, t* P8 V: K5 s
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
% [% x, w7 c" z. L- I# c) A/ p D• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. ' ~0 r9 P/ d, {4 B; ], p: M& F
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.2 V8 J) M; H' j, T) o
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
' l7 G+ v4 k: }6 U• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
G! _5 h3 N9 [4 u- U/ }! m. f• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).! l1 a- x" F: d' Z
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.% D' ~1 h- |2 P4 ]1 a1 s K' [: m4 l
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.- t# f) Q/ e3 j5 u I: ]2 B
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

Requirements:* y! q6 F) _7 |" c
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. . j8 Z. {! k4 q# h ?% E
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
& k& ~$ A p9 T7 j; b• Strong Union Relations experience required.
! L: k. G5 F4 a1 v$ T• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.. ?; f/ m7 Z$ z7 U4 X
