• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.: j [. ?0 D e/ Y( S+ q
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

+ {# k( h h% {" b2 R: Y• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. ) V! e4 a# J' D2 J' A( t/ k% A( U# n! N
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
$ G* R! k: l9 y" @• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
0 Z9 o; I, u# }9 n( }• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
; j" Z5 K1 v$ n) j7 ]/ `' n1 y6 m• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
( p9 H5 e6 m( V8 g2 d# P8 x• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
' f: T4 M$ R! F4 K. b8 k• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
$ H n, s- t4 v9 k• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

Qualifications5 W. I" `) F* g: |& g$ B, A2 k5 j7 d
Requirements:) S$ ~# q" n) c
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
: F8 s" }4 X9 `5 z$ @1 P• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. . @" G! n2 }& t9 V% W# X9 G- m& v
• Strong Union Relations experience required. + G0 X& ~) k$ K
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.+ U2 [7 E% D% j9 A( N7 E
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
