We need a long term live-in caregiver who can take care of my two children 4 & 6 and do some housework. We are ok if you will come from abroad, and we are willing to help if needed. ( P& T# S5 `. V1 X; C( m/ v- Q$ q

Please share with me if you have any experience in applying the LMO recently. I went through the LMO process 4 years ago for my current nanny. I have checked the government requirements for employers and expect more preparation on my side too.
