JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
' W* U, Z4 Q8 B& }/ B- VThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as5 U: s0 |& m/ n+ D2 j( S0 e7 t# Q
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative3 M7 l4 K; W' U. |
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

* W4 W. e4 x, ^. r l! ]! J3 }• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.

; A; G$ s: |1 P) V) S+ i; M• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
v A4 t0 x5 ~) T• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment., @. z- }: v" b. E4 R# h
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
) q7 j% C9 i/ g) H7 T. d/ ?7 wtimelines and budgets
; D4 d# l8 T# B4 Z• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring H5 E/ M5 T2 I6 P7 f2 G! _4 \7 ~

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

% ^# Z: K9 `; j* s• Some knowledge of the services company provides( u" D$ L& V# P
• Strong computer skills
4 B; G6 b' e. n6 J: A• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

. |% k' U& r. l( d另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
