JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
- n! @. t3 h. G% z' j4 KThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as

and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable2 |- h3 x8 l o$ L" \
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly) g2 e; I$ Y( M% v$ @* Q. `
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations# m% {0 x$ i; [! d# w

# f" y+ v9 c3 u" q$ z: h9 p• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations./ ~, d( D8 V) n3 S9 Q" D
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.1 N' R' r. n4 ?. d* n; a" b
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
; c! n" Z$ x; w7 W! q( }• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
8 ? X; J: m, I9 E# h• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,+ V7 o2 G- Z& [' X0 m1 x+ H
timelines and budgets8 G5 g7 r h4 r$ t
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
! w7 B. v+ w2 Z( k1 ^6 ^company’s business goals and policies; _/ V: G1 T! e, E! ?9 ]
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
* x$ e* X$ |* W9 j1 p7 G0 qEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE6 R& r) l- S5 v) H3 z) D
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
6 A* E3 v- E( V• Some field operational experience) n0 R- D* o( k4 ]0 [0 I2 M: i2 s
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

( P- P' [8 O: Q! _- I+ ^7 }补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。; C; o, k7 d$ i% P# q" A8 a, N+ N# w) _

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。' T3 x* V+ E# o. C
