请教Home Line of Credit的利率？

最近想买车，但是利率较高，有住房，想申请line of credit, 请教最近Home Line of Credit的利率，听说是浮动的？还有如果以后有钱了，能不能提前还？

BMO上个月是P+0.5，现在不知道。能提前还，有钱了，啥时候想还清都可以，类似信用卡欠款样的。
