15ml brown sugar

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
& u$ o3 r1 h) i8 c. Y! F' ]% m2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
- |0 i+ s& \1 S& Y3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.7 _ D* C) r& n
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
