30ml brandy
+ M1 v) h- H$ Y7 r; ]2 _& _2 T' xStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
' c9 @, `3 a3 G2 q' Z9 {: S2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.5 a2 ]* p3 F( y1 u+ {4 w
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
8 X$ D+ ?0 n( }2 F5 a' ^4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.- H) d5 ?2 X# D
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
