15ml brown sugar

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate: ]3 y- l" I- P) o; ?3 w
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

9 i# Z, _) }- F1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan

3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.5 y) ?4 j5 w9 L- y! [
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
