1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
8 G. a* z( D' [* A. S2 D' ^* X9 n/ t1 w2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
% W$ S( ~, q' z! f. g, x7 c3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.9 }) U% v9 Y8 Y' g
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
