2 bananas+ s5 \6 ~! S) O; Z @5 D2 ^* r4 Z
30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

* {% p' U( F: O e* f! K2 A; j8 R1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan9 C/ ^4 A. ~1 s6 n) ^
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
8 y7 d8 I! j0 O1 Z3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
