1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
( v" o* ]0 {- B Q. e2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
! @, U% C2 R* I' }3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.% Q6 g& a' X" c! b" i
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
