' s0 k7 U5 ]! [$ X1 ~+ \# @• Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed
. `- h* h1 D0 }) O. A7 i1 S* k• Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components# {& o6 [4 t) ~! z5 X) u
• Hammer out dents, buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers. q# v m( Q3 v/ z ?% V
• Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams6 i" v- |! D: o" J. B6 v4 W3 u
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place$ J/ t( L+ F) i8 j/ k" m0 A# }5 t
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment% J1 M& ^5 C3 T% ?
• File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools
& }6 |% G2 e# \# v- N• Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting

9 L3 ~) m1 o/ [4 ]6 I* C+ A( S• Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns

• Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive vehicles for proper handling

• Completion of secondary school is required

• Alberta Trade certification for motor vehicle body repair (metal and paint) is compulsory
