我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) . ]2 u* _5 U1 c2 `
3/4 cup all-purpose flour

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted 5 ^" H( v8 ` s* ~

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ' s# p- d I n. b+ _; [+ q
2 eggs

, G( }3 t0 G3 C1 @, X, SHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ! x9 i4 |/ f$ q& H( `& ^! O7 j9 _

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

. ~2 ?7 k# }+ D1 iFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
