> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 z9 ]* \( m- z3 ^> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
- C3 `5 Q7 ]1 s" U. }  h> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# Z3 a+ Y1 d. J> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- l- ^+ v# \5 Y" G7 |! G> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  i9 _" d3 {' t> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& ?0 ^( _0 C" V> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
' A/ ]: Z# O5 {" ~> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
2 A; A% K: v$ b% ^1 \% }& C> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ {% }. u9 |- |9 G* E3 k> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! A9 Y# o8 d, _! {8 w! K" `/ x3 f2 {> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
% |6 a# \# y6 k# p> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
