Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

0 b/ u- E) q& N+ X' Z6 |•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
% d3 a: ]! c% A( y$ v1 `8 q( j" X! ]* s•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
2 _' m7 u3 D* }- E1 Q•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
$ t. B% z& ]7 e7 T•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
8 U# o- ~5 G  ?) ?5 O3 T1 N( k, m
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
. P; }/ `; b+ l0 q•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
