Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
# x9 D# h( @# R2 [* C8 k•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
) c- ?. y8 f) G% ]•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
: Y6 d1 h8 n; H7 U$ Y9 I•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
2 l( w' @, [5 g$ x•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
& U* Z4 J7 o8 }! M* T# l5 G2 P•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
