Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
4 G6 P( n4 z/ i- S. q5 T" L( s•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
, M" M. V. ?& r•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
- u. b4 A% n+ D5 Q8 \& S•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:
) p$ t: Y; ~4 q* ^; W
# V6 t5 X! V& I1 m8 w•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
. t, @8 ?1 ]- t& c* t: i•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
