•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
8 m9 Z' o% Z+ y/ j& |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
/ j4 O+ Q5 y2 l& m) _•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
) ?7 D$ z! {1 z8 X/ }+ Y•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  z0 v/ D8 W6 B( h/ R•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
+ ?$ y3 X: b7 F2 \9 u•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
