6 P5 u2 Z2 ?8 \Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

3 K) w' {1 G9 {2 t•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
* ^  S: _" p+ h/ w•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
" v. b  Y+ Q% T•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
+ ?+ c& ^- V# I# c  J# W•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

" x' I2 [0 k0 ], C+ r$ V•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
